Program accommodates four icons (see fig. 1) in the corner of the system tray. You can switch between desktops by clicking the left mouse button on them. The icons are switched on automatically (see fig. 2):
The main context menu with all management tools is visible after clicking the right mouse button on one of MangeDesk's icons (see fig. 3):

| Set Desktop Password |
Set Desktop Password option allow users to protect any desktop from unauthorized access. Users can set the "New Password" and "Repeat Password" boxes to enable desktop password and clear all but "Current Password" boxes to disable it. |
| Select Desktop Wallpaper |
Changes each desktop's wallpaper. Choose the picture, to be set as the wallpaper for the current desktop, in the picture selection dialogue. |
| Restore Windows |
Restores missed or hidden windows. Press "Yes" to restore only windows you have hidden yourself and "No" for all windows in the current desktop. |
| Hide Desktop Windows |
Hides all windows in current desktop. Hidden in such a way windows will not be visible anymore. Use "Restore Windows + Yes" to restore them. |
| Close Desktop Windows |
This item closes all windows on the current desktop. If there are few icons in the taskbar area, this item will close windows on the desktop currently selected. |

Closes all programs and windows on all desktops. |
| Show Desktop Windows |
This shows all windows on the selected or on the current desktop and transfers them to the current one. If there are few icons in the taskbar area, this item will show windows on the desktop currently selected. |

| Hide Icons and Taskbar |
Hides all icons and the taskbar. You can restore them only by using hotkeys. That is why this function is inactive until you have not pressed the hotkey for the restoration of icons and the taskbar. |
| Presentation |
This enables automatic desktop rotation for presentations.
You can choose the minutes and seconds for the desktop rotation. The presentation function can be disabled by pressing the "Cancel" button or by clearing "Enable presentation mode" check box (fig. 5). |
| Sleep Timer |
Once you've clicked this item, the dialog for the timer settings will appear. There you can choose the sleep regime (shut down, stand by, restart, etc.) and the timeout till the beginning of the sleep. Sleep function can be disabled by pressing "Cancel" button or by entering "0" in the minutes field (fig. 4). |
| Turn off monitor |
This turns off your monitor. It turns on when you move the mouse or press a key on the keyboard. |
| System Suspend |
This option suspends your system. It wakes up if you move the mouse or press a key on the keyboard. |
| Hibernate, Restart Computer, Turn Off Computer |
Hibernates, restarts or turns off the computer. |

Online registration of the program. |

Closes ManageDesk. All programs and windows from all desktops, will be shown. |
